These terms cover the Convert2Any website and desktop app. The app is published by Tutku Tashkan, United Kingdom. By using the website or app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
The app and your files
Convert2Any is a desktop utility for converting supported files and performing related media and document tasks. The app processes files locally. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use the files you select and for reviewing the converted result before relying on it.
Trial and lifetime license
The app includes a 3-day trial that starts on first launch. The trial includes the available app tools and does not require an account or payment details. Trial state is stored on your device.
A lifetime license is offered for a one-time payment. The current price is shown on the Pricing page and confirmed at checkout. A license permits use of the app on up to three active devices at a time. You can deactivate a device in the app before activating another. Keep the purchase email so you can recover your license key.
Payment and license delivery
Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout. The checkout page will show the final transaction terms, any applicable taxes, and the payment provider’s terms. Where Stripe Managed Payments is available for a transaction, Stripe may act as merchant of record. After successful payment, the license key is sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Any cancellation or refund rights are governed by applicable law and the terms shown during purchase.
Digital delivery and cancellation
Convert2Any is supplied digitally. Before a purchase is completed, checkout must explain any applicable cancellation rights and obtain any consent and acknowledgement required by law if digital supply is to begin during a cancellation period. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Optional converter packs
Some conversion routes require an optional converter pack. The app shows when a pack is needed and asks before downloading it. Pack availability and supported conversion paths can vary by operating system and installed components. The Supported Formats page describes the routes currently listed by the app.
Updates and third-party software
We may update the app, its format support, and its documentation. Some conversion capabilities rely on third-party tools and open-source software, which may be subject to their own licenses and notices. Use of the app does not grant rights to third-party software beyond the rights in those licenses.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or app to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the licensing service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot legally be limited where you live.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the website, app, and licensing services available, but features and services may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. Conversion results depend on the source file, selected route, installed components, and settings. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the website and app are provided without guarantees that every file will convert or that a result will meet a particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability, consumer guarantees, or other rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or restricted. Where the law allows a limitation, our responsibility is limited to losses reasonably connected to our breach of these terms or applicable law.
